Jack is a founding principal of WallerSutton 2000, L.P., was a co-founder of the 1997 Fund, and has been a partner at Waller Capital Corporation since 1994.   Jack led or participated in over 50 transactions since joining Waller Capital in 1989. His clients have included Abry Partners, Avalon Partners, Blackstone, Boston Ventures, Bresnan Communications, Cablevision Systems Corporation, Chronicle Publishing Corporation, FrontierVision Partners, KKR, Morgan Stanley Capital Partners and Sandler Capital.   Jack was one of the founding members of Enstar Communications Corporation, a rural cable television operator. Enstar Communications served 75,000 subscribers in several Southeastern and Midwestern states. At the time of Enstar's sale to Falcon, in 1988, six years after its inception, Jack was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Jack was responsible for acquisitions, debt financing and the operation of Enstar's cable television systems.
