In addition to being
a founding principal of WallerSutton 2000, Cathy was a co-founder
of the 1997 Fund. Prior to the 1997 Fund, Cathy co-founded Sutton
Capital Associates, Inc., an investment firm principally engaged in
the acquisition and ownership of cable television and cellular telephone
systems and related investments, with William Ingram in 1973. At Sutton
Capital, she was active in all aspects of the firm's business, with
particular responsibility for evaluation of proposed investments,
negotiation of documents relating to acquisitions, divestitures or
financing of such investments, and partnership administrative matters.
Prior to co-founding Sutton, Cathy was a member of the Corporate Finance
Department of a Wall Street investment bank. She received a Master
of Business Administration degree in Finance-Investments from New
York University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Newton College
of the Sacred Heart. Cathy has served on the Board of Directors of
USinternetworking, Inc. (NASDAQ: USIX), New Jersey Press, Inc. the
publisher of the Asbury Park Press and The Home News and Tribune,
Press Broadcasting, Inc., and the Cable Telecommunications Association.

She is a member of the Wall Street Council of Boston College; The New York City Business Council of The Trust for Public Land; and The Tree Trust Committee of the Central Park Conservancy.
