Brian joined WallerSutton in 2001 and is responsible for sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities, formulating due diligence strategies and executing all phases of private equity transactions for the fund. Brian also develops and recommends new investment and portfolio management strategies to the Investment Committee. Prior to joining WallerSutton, Brian spent over five years at J.P. Morgan Chase as an Investment Banking Associate within Global Leveraged Finance, Fixed Income Capital Markets, and Media, Communications and Diversified industry advisory practices. Prior to his departure, he was most recently responsible for originating and executing over $20 billion in public and private debt transactions. Brian began his career as a Financial Analyst within the Investment Banking division of J.P. Morgan Chase. Brian graduated Cum Laude from Lafayette College with degree in Economics and Finance. |
